Overview

Responsible for supporting the team through comprehensive research and producing valuable resources, including talent mappings, target company lists, client review documents along with various ad hoc research requests.

Contribute to proactive business development initiatives and support the creation of tailored pitch materials. Expected insightful analyses and findings.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on news of different industries. Develop a comprehensive understanding of several industries.
• Assist in detailed industry talent mapping and proactively identify high-potential executives.
• Participate in kick-off meetings with Associates and Consultants to assist in the development of the search strategy.
• Directly assist Associates with search-related tasks, such as the development of a search strategy and target lists.
• Support the creation of tailored materials
• Develop industry and/or functional expertise by staying informed of industry trends and identifying “best in class” leaders and future leaders.
