BairesDev is seeking a Workday Analyst – Compensation & Benefits to join our global, 100% remote team. You will work with HR stakeholders, gather requirements, and configure Workday with a hands-on focus across multiple countries.
You\'ll contribute to Compensation and Benefits configuration, merit cycles, open enrollment, and Talent Management processes, while developing reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer. Advanced English is required.
Formación
- Experience with Workday HCM and Core HR configuration.
- Experience configuring Compensation and Benefits in Workday.
- Proficiency in building reports and dashboards with Workday Report Writer.
- Strong English communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Help gather requirements from HR stakeholders and support configuration directly in Workday.
- Support Compensation and Benefits configuration, including annual cycles and open enrollment.
- Help configure Talent Management processes within Workday.
- Support custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer.
