• Proven experience managing and leading a Web Development team or similar leadership role with a track record of delivering successful projects.
• Deep expertise in WordPress development and strong command of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and on‑page SEO practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Business level English and a proactive, dynamic, and positive attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to drive technical excellence.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
• Oversee hosting and infrastructure to ensure performance, uptime, and security.
