• 4+ years designing for the web with real design system work in portfolio.
• Fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout and variants.
• Portfolio showing work across multiple clients with consistent underlying rigor.
• Strong English and overlap with US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes, and semantic naming for pipeline readability.
• Ship core component libraries that hold up across entire sites, not just homepages.
• Document the system so a developer or automated pipeline can execute it without questions.
• Work across several client brands at once, maintaining the same structural rigor.
