The Gypsy Travel & Cruise is expanding, and we're seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our team from anywhere. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship, plus supplier education, marketing support, and team collaboration.

No prior travel industry experience is required—we’ll help you succeed. In this role you’ll plan vacations, book flights, hotels, cruises, and tours, build strong client relationships, and tailor recommendations to each traveler.

Formación

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Help clients plan unforgettable vacations, cruises, and custom travel experiences.
• Book flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, and excursions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients.
• Recommend destinations and travel experiences based on each client's needs.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, text, and social media.
• Stay informed about travel promotions and destination updates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each trip.
