Job summary

Jeeves is seeking a senior product leader to own the stablecoin and digital asset strategy, defining rails, issuance, and on/off-ramp mechanics for cross-border payments and treasury management.

You will design institutional-grade infrastructure, collaborate with engineering, legal, and commercial teams, and drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Remote-first role based in Mexico City with optional office access.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management at a stablecoin infrastructure provider, crypto exchange, cross-border payments company, or fintech building on blockchain rails
• Deep stablecoin expertise: issuance and redemption mechanisms, reserve models, on-chain settlement, ecosystem dynamics
• Strong fiat rails knowledge and reconciliation with stablecoin flows
• Blockchain infra literacy: EVM, Solana, Layer 2s, wallets, custody
• Regulatory fluency: AML/KYC, Travel Rule, MiCA, US licensing
• Analytical rigor: SQL, dashboards, data-driven cases
• Exceptional written/verbal communication for cross-functional alignment

Responsibilities

• Own the stablecoin product roadmap and rails to build on, integrate with payments and treasury
• Build institutional-grade infra simplifying blockchain complexity while preserving speed and cost
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch with cross-functional teams
• Ensure interoperability with fiat rails to extend stablecoins as a payment channel
• Evaluate partnerships with issuers, custodians, liquidity providers, and banking partners
• Ship, measure, and iterate with data-driven adoption metrics
