Bluelight is a leading software consultancy expanding across the Americas, seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee software development projects. You will manage scope, budgets, and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors while ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, strong stakeholder and risk management, and familiarity with Jira/Asana. Remote-friendly with international collaboration across US-LATAM markets.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
