Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers for Mérida to shape how AI understands and generates code. You will build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code, training AI systems to think like developers.

The role is fully remote contract work with flexible hours, requiring strong engineering instincts and the ability to reason clearly about code. You will review AI outputs, provide expert feedback, and design prompts to stress-test AI capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, or TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work asynchronously.
• Experience with code review or mentoring is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and frameworks.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or doesn't.
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
