Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in Spanish.
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Deep understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms.
• Creative thinking to generate engaging content ideas.
• Experience with social media advertising platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, relevant conversations, and opportunities for engagement.
• Analyze social media data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify insights, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and queries in a timely and professional manner, and foster a positive community.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and emerging platforms.
