Fortrea is seeking a Senior Site Navigator to coordinate site-level activities during study start-up and potentially through closeout. You will be the single point of contact for investigative sites, ensuring regulatory compliance, site readiness, and smooth activation across regions.

In this role, you will mentor junior colleagues, manage ICH/GCP compliance, and collaborate with sponsor, CRO, and site staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field with clinical research experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP, RA, IRB/IEC regulations.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate site activation and regulatory submissions.
• Support start-up vendors and CRA teams.
• Maintain TMF and ensure audit readiness.
• Monitor site performance and escalate issues as needed.
