Job summary

Fortrea seeks a Senior Site Navigator in Mexico to coordinate start-up activities for clinical studies, acting as the primary liaison for investigative sites. You will ensure regulatory compliance, patient safety, and timely activation from feasibility through maintenance, mentoring junior staff as needed.

You will identify suitable sites, manage site engagement, and support SIV preparation, with a focus on effective oversight and collaboration across sponsor, CRO, and sites.

Qualifications

• University/College degree (life science preferred) or equivalent experience in clinical research.
• 3–5 years' work experience in clinical research with ICH/GCP knowledge.
• Fluent in local language and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activation tasks per ICH/GCP guidelines and local regulations.
• Identify potential research sites and assess capabilities.
• Collect site outreach documents and feasibility data.
• Coordinate remote pre-study visits and documentation.
• Assist translation/customization of informed consent forms and patient materials.
• Maintain TMF and ensure audit readiness throughout start-up and maintenance.
