SimplePractice is hiring for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team in a remote role. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge in Ruby on Rails and extensive backend development experience.

As one of the first hires in Mexico, you will help us build a team of software developers who are passionate about what they do and deliver features for our growing platform.

Formación

• 4+ years engineering experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
• CS degree or related technical field.
• Experience with modern JS frameworks (Ember.js or React).
• Proven ability to design large scalable web apps and take Rails apps to production.

Responsabilidades

• Build out the next generation practice management platform.
• Collaborate with Product to understand needs and define features.
• Write clean, well-tested code and improve the codebase.
• Diagnose problems and architect scalable solutions.
