Xideral is seeking an experienced OneTrust Security and Governance Specialist to join a remote team in Mexico City. The role focuses on implementing and operating OneTrust as the policy and evidence layer of our data governance program, with emphasis on privacy, security, and compliance across data discovery and RoPA workflows.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of hands-on OneTrust experience, strong skills in data mapping, risk frameworks (ISO, SOC), and integration with Informatica, AWS, and

• Minimum 7 years of experience with OneTrust security and governance.
• Experience implementing and operating OneTrust as policy and evidence layer.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into platform configurations.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and configure OneTrust modules for privacy/compliance programs.
• Onboard data sources, define scan scope, and tune data classification.
• Build and maintain data maps and Records of Processing Activities (RoPA).
• Configure data policies, monitor violations, and drive remediation to closure.
• Coordinate data controls like masking, encryption, and access restrictions.
• Configure and operate assessments, DSAR, incident, consent, and privacy workflows.
• Design integrations with Informatica and other ecosystems.
