BairesDev is hiring a Senior Kubernetes & Golang Engineer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native systems and platform infrastructure. You will contribute as a key technical member, ensuring scalable and reliable containerized environments and custom controllers that power advanced workloads.

As a senior engineer, you will lead the development of CRDs, controllers, and Go-based microservices, collaborate across teams, and help optimize networking, storage, and delivery pipelines in a fully

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and extensive experience with Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience developing Kubernetes CRDs and custom controllers.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes networking plugins (CNI) and storage interfaces (CSI).
• Familiarity with designing and deploying RAG architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement custom Kubernetes controllers and operators to automate complex operational workflows.
• Develop highly performant system-level applications and microservices using Go.
• Configure and optimize cluster networking, storage interfaces, and container storage solutions.
• Architect and deploy reliable infrastructure to support retrieval-augmented generation workloads.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance platform reliability, scalability, and delivery pipelines.
