BairesDev is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead infrastructure and cloud operations, with a focus on scalable CI/CD and automation. You will manage global, multicultural teams, optimize deployment pipelines, and strengthen security across cloud resources.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years with Kubernetes as an SRE or infra engineer, strong CI/CD experience, and familiarity with multiple cloud providers. This role is 100% remote, offering USD compensation and flexible scheduling.

Formación

• 4+ years Kubernetes as SRE or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high service availability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
• Automate tools to reduce the repetitive nature of processes using scripting.
• Monitor and enhance infrastructure security.
• Troubleshoot on software, hardware, and cloud resources.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for existing and new processes and policies.
• Evaluate new cloud providers to be used.
