Zipdev is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Accountant to own job costing, project profitability analysis, and WIP reporting across fabrication and field operations. You will partner with project management and production leadership, leveraging Tekla PowerFab to track margins from bid through close-out.

The role requires deep construction cost accounting expertise, mentoring junior staff, and strong analytical skills to provide actionable insights for estimating and operations.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with construction focus.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in job costing, WIP, and %-of-completion accounting.
• CPA/CMA or Chartered Accountant preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the job cost accounting process across major construction lines.
• Analyze estimated vs actual labor hours and material costs by job.
• Track man-hours per ton and productivity against bid assumptions.
• Prepare monthly WIP schedules and %-of-completion revenue recognition.
