Scale Up Recruiting Partners seeks a Senior Accountant to support a portfolio of North American clients in a 100% remote contractor role. You will maintain accurate records, help with reporting, and gradually take on client-facing responsibilities across multiple accounts.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of accounting experience, US/Canada exposure, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Xero. Strong English, detail‑oriented, and organized with remote collaboration skills are essential.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of hands-on accounting experience in US/Canada contexts.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Xero is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate accounting records across multiple client accounts.
• Process accounts payable and receivable and reconcile bank statements.
• Assist with payroll processing and general ledger management.
• Prepare financial reports and support audits and tax work.
• Review KPI trends and oversee bookkeepers' work for accuracy.
