BairesDev is a fully remote tech company recruiting globally for a Selenium Test Automation Engineer (Python). You will design and implement automated testing to accelerate delivery and improve quality across web applications.

As part of a distributed team, you’ll build scalable automation frameworks, manage test data, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines. Strong Python and Selenium skills, plus excellent English, are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation Engineering or Software Testing.
• Proven Expertise in web application test automation using Selenium.
• Strong proficiency in programming and scripting with Python.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites for complex web applications.
• Build robust and reusable test automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Create and manage comprehensive test data and configuration files across environments.
• Integrate automated testing pipelines into CI/CD workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues within automated test scripts and environments.
