Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Registry Management Associate I (Remote - Mexico) to support non-interventional studies by coordinating data, communicating with providers and patients, and maintaining study documentation.

Working remotely from Mexico, you will manage data in eCRFs, conduct remote interviews, and help ensure regulatory compliance while growing your career within a collaborative clinical operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or healthcare field or nursing equivalent.
• Strong communication, documentation and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with data review and query resolution experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Experience in CRO/pharma/biotech or call center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for providers, sites and patients, ensuring a positive study experience.
• Coordinate and monitor non-interventional studies such as registries.
• Collect, review, and manage study data through eCRFs, ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct remote interviews, data entry and data review for real-world evidence.
• Maintain essential study documentation and audit readiness.
• Track data trends, perform data cuts and contribute to reporting.
