Formación

• Passionate about real-time communication and AI, especially Voice AI.
• Experience in Developer Support, Solutions Engineering, or Developer Advocacy is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to developers integrating Agora SDKs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Audio/video quality and SDK integration.
• Engage with local developer communities and share knowledge about AI technologies.

Conocimientos

Troubleshooting technical issues

Strong interest in AI and LLM

Excellent communication skills in English

Understanding of networking fundamentals

Debugging SDK/API integrations
