Placements24 is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for a fully remote role with a leading pharmaceutical company. You will lead QA operations, ensure cGMP compliance, manage QMS, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, R&D and regulatory affairs.

The role emphasizes regulatory readiness, audit support, and patient safety. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in pharma QA, strong leadership, and expertise in validation, CAPA, deviation investigations, and eQMS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep knowledge of cGMP, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with cGMP and regulations.
• Oversee QA activities including batch record review, deviation investigations, CAPA, change control, and OOS investigations.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits by regulators and customers.
• Ensure manufacturing and laboratory processes are validated and compliant.
