Job summary

AllianceIT Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to test AI agent-driven workflows and data-intensive applications. You will ensure reliability and end-to-end functionality of multi-agent systems on GCP, while leveraging AI tools to automate test generation and execution.

Responsibilities include managing golden datasets, evaluating AI agent performance, and collaborating with US clients on remote projects from Mexico. This full-time remote role offers 40 hours per week at $26/hour.

Qualifications

• Proven experience testing AI agent-driven workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent evaluation frameworks (e.g., Ragas, DeepEval, TruLens, or custom evaluation harnesses).
• Strong hands-on experience in a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
• High proficiency with BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Cloud Scheduler.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliability, data integrity, and end-to-end functionality of multi-agent systems built on GCP.
• Automate test generation and execution using modern AI tools.
• Manage golden datasets and evaluate AI agent performance.
