Outlier invites experienced software engineers from Latin America to join a structured remote program that trains AI models to excel in code generation. You will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft CS questions, earning up to $34 USD/hr with additional incentives.

No prior AI experience is required; applicants from across Latin America are welcome to apply as freelance contractors working remotely.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code: read code from AI models and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses: score responses across key dimensions to improve output.
• Write computer science questions: develop clear prompts to challenge AI models.
