The role emphasizes strong leadership, user-centric design, and data-driven decision making in a fully remote setting. Prior experience with e-commerce products and agile processes is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce platforms.
• Strong background in agile development methodologies.
• Experience with user research, data analysis, and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with the sports industry and online retail landscape.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the sports e-commerce platform.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify product opportunities.
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage sprints with the engineering team.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
