Peek Travel, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a data-driven Product Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights. You’ll analyze web and product analytics, support cross-functional teams, and help shape the strategy of Peek’s flagship SaaS booking platform.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, eng, finance, and success teams, experiment with AI tools, and present findings to stakeholders to drive data‑driven decisions.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience deriving insight from large, semi-structured datasets in a SaaS environment.
• 1-2 years of experience writing SQL against large and complex data sets.
• 1-2 years of experience with web and mobile analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Heap, Pendo, etc.
• 1-2 years of experience working with data analytics/visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.
• Experience with analytical databases (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery) or transactional databases (Postgres, MySQL).
• Experience using generative AI or LLMs to streamline workflows, surface insights faster, or enhance reporting.
• Clear communication skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycle and data-driven prioritization and success measurement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with clear priorities from leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Acquiring, organizing, measuring, and interpreting data from primary and secondary sources to support analytic initiatives.
• Supporting identification of product opportunities and performance trends using analytical techniques.
• Delivering custom data solutions to business customers with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborating with data and software engineering teams to support Peek’s data warehouse and data marts.
• Preparing and delivering analytics projects with high quality and timeliness.
• Working with product, marketing and success teams to enhance revenue capabilities of the SaaS platform.
• Supporting finance with data analysis to inform decisions.
• Participating in the analytics community and exploring AI tools to improve insights generation.
