You have a strong background in predictive analytics, machine learning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, and you will mentor junior analysts while building analytics capabilities from scratch.

Qualifications

• Experience in predictive analytics, data science, or related field.
• Insurance or pricing analytics experience is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with Python, R, and SQL; SAS is a plus.
• Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, statistics, and data mining.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive models using advanced statistical and ML techniques.
• Build and maintain programs for predictor and response variables, ensuring model accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into analytical solutions.
• Present findings to non-technical audiences with clear business impact.
• Prepare and structure large datasets to support model development.
• Contribute to modeling frameworks, processes, and best practices.
• Ensure data quality and model integrity through validation and review.
