Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a PMO Assistant to join the PMO team. This remote role is ideal for proactive, detail-oriented professionals who can manage multiple tasks and work well in a team.

You will help maintain high-quality information and support the rollout of new processes across a growing global company. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of related experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience in related positions.
• Management of Excel and Office Suite.
• Experience in IT companies or consulting will be valued.
• Proactivity.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for ensuring and improving the quality of information and processes in BairesDev.
• Review existing information to corroborate its consistency and update.
• Ensure correct compliance with established processes.
• Support the PMO Manager in the creation and implementation of new processes.
• Collaborate with the implementation of new initiatives for the company.
• Look for new ideas and disruptive and original solutions.
• Prepare reports and monitoring of KPIs.
