Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to support our client's marketing team. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for optimization across paid search and paid social channels.

You will manage 4-5 accounts across 2-3 platforms, perform keyword and audience research, write ad copy, and present results to clients. English proficiency is a plus; 100% remote within LATAM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on paid media experience.
• Independently manage 4-5 accounts across 2-3 platforms.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with budgeting, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication and proactive, self-starter attitude.
• Experience presenting campaign results and data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy, execution, and optimization for clients across paid search and paid social.
• Produce analyses, campaign builds, ad copies, and client agendas.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to support KPIs.
• Create compelling ad copy aligned with brand guidelines.
• Process large datasets in Google Sheets efficiently.
• Develop and implement testing strategies to improve efficiency.
• Manage workload to ensure timely delivery.
• Grow knowledge of best practices across platforms.
