Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will orchestrate targeting, budgeting, and the narrative behind performance on client calls.

You bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvement, and agency work across multiple clients with clear English for US-based conversations.

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Mansioni

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing for campaigns.
• Set up and rely on GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels for conversion tracking.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
