NTT DATA seeks an OnBase API Developer in Mexico City to design, develop, and support OnBase integrations with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. You will work with Unity API, REST/SOAP, and OnBase workflows to enable document management and automation. Strong SQL skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams are required.

The role is remote with potential on-site collaboration; 8+ years Hyland OnBase experience and OnBase certification are preferred.

Formación

• 8+ years in Hyland OnBase development/integration.
• Strong experience with OnBase API development using Unity API, OnBase Web Services, REST/SOAP.
• Hands-on OnBase configuration: Document Types, Keywords, Workflows, User Groups/Roles, Forms/Unity Forms.
• Strong programming in C#/.NET.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server / Oracle and writing complex queries.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and web services.
• Understanding of DMS/ECM and workflow solutions.
• Experience with OnBase Workflow, Work View, Unity Forms, and DIP/Document Import Processor.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, change management in support models.
• Exposure to OCR, document imaging, records management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and support OnBase integrations with internal and external enterprise apps.
• Build and maintain APIs/services for document upload, retrieval, indexing, workflow actions, metadata exchange.
• Develop solutions using OnBase Unity API, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs and related integration tools.
• Configure and customize OnBase workflows, document types, keywords, forms, and lifecycle processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand document management and workflow needs.
• Integrate OnBase with ERP, CRM, core business platforms, and third-party apps.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, provide app support.
• Write and optimize SQL queries/stored procedures for data validation and reporting.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release support.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of OnBase integrations.
• Maintain technical docs, interface specs, and support guides.
• Work with DevOps for deployments and environment support.
