This full-time role requires 5+ years in observability engineering, strong scripting, and experience with tools like Prometheus and Grafana. Work includes collaborating with internal engineering teams to unify observability across the organization, improving reliability and proactive detection.

Formación

• 5+ years in observability, monitoring, or reliability engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, and more.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement a Universal Dashboard in Grafana.
• Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for services.
• Establish alerting thresholds aligned with reliability goals.
