Job summary

ServiceChannel, part of the Fortive family, is seeking a Business Analyst for a remote role in Mexico. The analyst will deliver reporting, analytics, and insights to support the Bob Evans account and collaborate with account management, operations, providers, and stakeholders.

The position emphasizes data integrity, ad hoc requests, dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration to drive account growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI/reporting tools preferred.
• Ability to work with large datasets and communicate insights effectively.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring operational and executive reports.
• Analyze account performance metrics, trends, spend, work order activity, and provider performance.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and client presentations.
• Partner with Account Management to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting platforms.
• Respond to ad hoc client and internal reporting requests.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account growth and operational excellence.
