Nikki Beach Hospitality Group is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to lead brand strategy and execution for its fully remote team. You will craft compelling narratives, shape brand perception, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels from your home office.

The role collaborates with digital marketing, product, and sales to drive integrated campaigns, manage media relations, and elevate the brand in the digital space from a remote setup.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management, or a related field.
• Proven success in developing and executing integrated communication strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling abilities.
• Experience in media relations and public relations is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications strategy aligned with overall business and brand objectives.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content for press releases, website copy, social media updates, and internal communications.
• Manage the company's brand voice, ensuring consistency and clarity in all external and internal communications.
• Lead public relations efforts, building relationships with media and influencers to generate positive press coverage.
• Analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure a unified brand message and integrated campaign execution.
