FICO’s Private Cloud Services team in Mexico is seeking a Lead Engineer to manage and support server and cloud environments. Candidates should have extensive experience in RedHat Linux and Windows Server, as well as skills in automation and vulnerability management.

Formación

• Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Lead Systems Engineer.
• Deep expertise in RedHat Enterprise Linux and/or Microsoft Windows Server.
• Experience with vulnerability and compliance management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant certifications preferred: RHCSA, RHCE, MCSE.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, provision, and support FICO’s server and cloud environments.
• Lead vulnerability management and server hardening efforts.
• Own incident resolution and problem management in production.
• Design and deploy automation solutions to operational problems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Create and maintain policy and procedure documentation.
