You will support healthcare and medical terminology while maintaining high accuracy, reporting to a team leader, and completing location-based checks as required. This contractor role starts immediately after onboarding and is paid monthly.

• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to render concepts and meanings according to interpretation protocols.
• Ability to explain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication when requested.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally, acting according to the interpreter's code of conduct.
• Be familiar with healthcare and medical terminology.
• Participate in internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to the team leader.
• Location-based testing and background check may be required.

Candidate Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Korean

Minimum 2 Year Of Interpretation Experience

• Excellent listening, retention, and note‑taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Ability to render correct concepts and meanings according to established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions
• Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication, with permission or at the request of the client

Technical Requirements

• 90% English proficiency
• Steady wired internet connection
• USB wired headset
• Windows 10 or Mac
