Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to review AI-generated code and rate model responses. You’ll help improve AI models by applying structured guidelines, and craft clear CS prompts to push model capabilities. This is a freelance, 1099 role with flexible remote work from multiple countries.

Earn up to $34 USD/hr with potential incentives; rate varies by expertise and project need. 40 hours/week capacity and onboarding steps are provided. Strong English both written and spoken is required.

Formación

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve model output.
• Write computer science questions to challenge AI models and push coding boundaries.
