Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to help train AI models by reviewing AI-generated code, scoring model responses, and crafting clear prompts. This is a freelance, 1099 contract opportunity open to applicants in eligible locations.

You will work with real engineering tasks and receive dedicated support while earning competitive rates. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with production-code experience, excellent English communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Competenze

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions - accuracy, instruction following, and presentation - to help improve model output.
