Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to review AI-generated code and provide structured feedback. You will rate model responses and contribute questions that push AI coding capabilities, working on live production codebases with flexible, remote participation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, has software engineering experience in production code, and communicates clearly in English with meticulous attention to detail. Remote, international applicants are welcome.

Competenze

• Completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase, ideally for a tech company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation and style guidelines.

Mansioni

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions (accuracy, instruction following, presentation).
• Write clear computer science questions to challenge AI models and push coding ability.
