Resolv Global is seeking a HubSpot CRM Administrator to maintain and evolve a growing HubSpot environment. The role requires hands-on management, process refinement, and data quality upkeep. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement practical changes that scale with the business.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of HubSpot features, workflows, reporting, and configuration, with a focus on data integrity and scalable processes. This is a remote role aligned to US business hours.

Formación

• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot functionality, workflows, reporting, and configuration.
• Experience customizing HubSpot based on business requirements.
• Experience troubleshooting CRM/workflow issues.
• Strong understanding of data hygiene and CRM data management.
• Ability to understand how CRM parts interact.
• Attention to detail when changing an established CRM.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate requests into effective HubSpot solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM environment.
• Review and improve existing CRM processes, workflows, and configurations.
• Build and customize HubSpot functionality based on business requirements.
• Implement new requests, features, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and identify practical solutions.
• Support workflow and automation configuration.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Maintain clean, accurate, and reliable CRM data.
• Identify data hygiene issues and support ongoing cleanup.
• Review architecture before significant changes.
• Assess how new configurations affect existing workflows.
• Document processes and CRM configurations where needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into HubSpot solutions.
• Continuously look for opportunities to make the CRM more efficient.
