Resolv Global is seeking a HubSpot CRM Administrator to maintain and evolve a growing HubSpot environment. You will work hands-on to refine processes, support new requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data quality while expanding capabilities across the business.

The ideal candidate will understand that a CRM is more than a database and will collaborate with stakeholders to implement right-sized changes that don’t disrupt existing workflows.

Formación

• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot functionality, workflows, reporting, and configuration.
• Experience customizing HubSpot based on business requirements.
• Troubleshooting CRM and workflow issues.
• Attention to data hygiene and CRM data management.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM environment.
• Review and improve existing CRM processes, workflows, and configurations.
• Build and customize HubSpot functionality based on business requirements.
• Implement new requests, features, and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and identify practical solutions.
• Support workflow and automation configuration.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Help maintain clean, accurate, and reliable CRM data.
• Identify data hygiene issues and support ongoing data cleanup.
• Review the architecture before significant changes.
• Assess impact of new configurations on existing workflows.
• Document processes and CRM configurations as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into HubSpot solutions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve CRM efficiency, scalability, and user-friendliness.
