A global talent platform is seeking a High-End Hotel Interior Design Specialist to create exceptional designs for prestigious hotels and resorts. The role allows for remote work and requires a degree in Interior Design or Architecture, along with proficiency in design software like Revit and AutoCAD. Formación

• Create detailed design drawings in Revit, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and millwork details.
• Produce comprehensive design documentation in Revit for all phases (SD, DD, CD).
• Create and develop Families in Revit.
• Present a comprehensive portfolio showcasing Hotel Design Projects.
• Independent remote work managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Create detailed design drawings in Revit for high-end hotel projects.
• Oversee the implementation of the design to ensure quality standards.
• Work on extraordinary hospitality projects from the U.S.

Conocimientos

Proven experience in high-end hotel interior design projects

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories for high-end hospitality projects

Proficiency in design software such as Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional quality

Fluency in English

Educación

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
