BOLD Business is seeking a Healthcare Designer to bridge clinical functionality and architectural design, delivering fully coordinated BIM models and interior space plans for clinical spaces. You will collaborate with architects, equipment planners, and clinical teams to ensure spaces are safe, compliant, and optimized for patient care and medical operations.

The role emphasizes 2–5 years experience in healthcare facility design, advanced Revit skills, and knowledge of clinical workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field with 2–5 years of interior space planning, BIM coordination, or healthcare facility design.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit; hands-on with Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Attainia.
• Knowledge of healthcare codes/clearance standards and clinical workflows.
• Strong ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• BIM Modeling & Space Planning: model medical equipment and interior FF&E within Revit for clinical spaces.
• Workflow & Access Coordination: verify equipment clearances, spatial flow, accessibility, and align with guidelines.
• Database & Spec Synchronization: coordinate equipment lists, finishes, and specs across Revit and Attainia.
• Vendor & Open-Line Specification: select compliant FF&E solutions for healthcare and education environments.
• Cross-Discipline Alignment: work with MEP engineers, architects, contractors to resolve spatial conflicts.
• Deliverable Production: prepare tagged plans, finish schedules, cost estimates, and submittal packages.
