Job summary

Jobgether, in partnership with a U.S.-based specialty coffee brand, seeks a Graphic Designer & Social Media Ads Specialist in Mexico. This part-time, 100% remote role combines creative design with digital marketing to boost brand presence and customer acquisition.

You will craft visuals for Instagram and Facebook, manage content calendars, assist with paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, and maintain consistent branding.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design and social media creatives.
• Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and basic campaign setup.

Responsibilities

• Design attractive and engaging visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, promotions, and other digital initiatives.
• Create and adapt graphics for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant digital platforms, ensuring content meets each platform's specifications.
• Support the planning, creation, scheduling, and publication of social media content.
• Assist with paid social media advertising campaigns, including creative development, campaign setup, and basic performance monitoring through Meta Ads Manager.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and digital communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to transform marketing concepts and creative briefs into effective visual content.
• Edit and optimize existing creative assets to suit different formats, platforms, and campaign objectives.
• Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve content effectiveness.
• Organize creative files, campaign materials, and content calendars to ensure efficient workflows.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, design techniques, and digital advertising opportunities relevant to consumer brands.
