Formación

• Experience in travel, mobility, or logistics coordination.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, and related services.
• Support cost projections and expense report processes.
• Analyze existing processes to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Be aware of regulations, including passport and visa requirements across destinations.
• Coordinate mobility processes, including flights, housing, and related arrangements.
• Document processes and contribute improvement ideas.
