Job summary

Parexel is seeking an Associate Clinical Operations Leader to join our team. You will review site visit reports, identify trends, and communicate insights to Clinical Operations Leaders, with opportunities to advance toward a CLO role.

This role can be fully home based in Mexico or Colombia, with occasional travel for monitoring support. Strong English and Spanish, and a background in clinical operations are required.

Qualifications

• Strong command of written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Five years of Senior CRA experience or equivalent Clinical Operations Leader experience.
• Understanding of clinical trial processes, site management, data processing and data cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Review site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visit reports for quality and compliance.
• Capture report information in dashboards and analyze issues, trends and age.
• Identify data quality or compliance concerns and recommend solutions.
• Communicate trends to Clinical Operations Leaders and support regular trend reporting.
• Escalate report-quality concerns through appropriate channels.
