Jobgether is seeking a PR / External Communications Manager based in Mexico to shape and strengthen the public reputation of a global portfolio of digital products. You will develop compelling PR initiatives, thought leadership, and reputation-management strategies designed to increase brand awareness and visibility.

The role combines strategic communications with hands-on writing, campaign execution, media engagement, and online reputation management.

Formación

• Professional experience in PR, external communications, corporate communications, reputation management, or related field.
• Excellent writing and editing skills across audiences, channels, and objectives.
• Strong understanding of SERM and online reputation-management practices.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and creating content for organic search visibility.
• Experience developing PR campaigns and external communications initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of crisis and issues communications considered a plus.
• Strong project-management and coordination skills with external partners and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across Marketing, SEO, Legal, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
• Creative, strategic thinker with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute PR and external communications initiatives that strengthen product reputation and brand awareness.
• Develop creative PR campaigns from concept through measurement and impact.
• Manage online reputation of key products via paid placements, SERM, and branded search monitoring.
• Write, edit, and oversee high-quality communications content including press materials, articles, and executive messaging.
• Oversee creation and management of user reviews to support positive perception.
• Coordinate external vendors, PR agencies, freelancers, and partners to deliver projects effectively.
• Support development of C-level executives’ public profiles and media opportunities.
• Assist with event planning, messaging, and communications activities as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Legal, and other stakeholders on reputation and brand-protection initiatives.
• Contribute to crisis communications and issues-management efforts.
