Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and run production apps on Microsoft Azure, from APIs to client web interfaces. You'll prototype with AI-assisted builds and transform them into secure, observable systems used by real clients.

Work remotely from Colombia or Mexico, collaborating with AI/ML engineers and product teams. Strong English and Spanish, plus Azure, TypeScript, Node.js, and React skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years building and running production web apps (backend and frontend).
• At least 2 years deploying on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js, and React; Python for AI/ML.
• Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, caching, and queues.
• Familiarity with real-time or event-driven systems (WebSockets, streaming).
• Experience integrating third-party APIs including LLM providers.
• CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Docker and IaC tools (Bicep or Terraform).
• Good testing, monitoring, debugging, and code review practices.
• Track record turning prototypes or AI-generated code into stable production apps.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
• Professional written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Based in Colombia or Mexico, with right to work there.

Responsibilities

• Build backend services: Develop APIs and services with clear boundaries, automated tests, and code review.
• Build frontend applications: Create client portals, internal consoles, admin screens, and dashboards.
• Take prototypes to production: Review AI-generated and prototype codebases, determine what to keep or rebuild, and prepare them for real users.
• Integrate AI services: Connect AI models and services, including real-time features.
• Run applications on Azure: Manage infrastructure as code and CI/CD across development, staging, and production environments.
• Connect third-party systems: Build integrations with CRMs, ticketing tools, and other platforms.
• Maintain reliability and observability: Implement logging, metrics, tracing, alerts, and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Protect data: Implement authentication, multi-tenant isolation, secure secrets management, and safe handling of personal data.
• Document solutions: Maintain clear technical documentation that helps other engineers work effectively.
