• Strong understanding of day-to-day business activities, customer engagement, local search visibility, and digital storefront management.
• Ability to identify technical inaccuracies, explain user experience issues, and provide clear, structured feedback.
• Meticulous approach to reviewing business information, digital workflows, search results, and consumer-facing representations.
