Jobgether SRL is seeking an AI-assisted Developer Workflows (Trace) AI Task Auditor - Freelance AI Trainer Project. This remote freelance role focuses on auditing AI-assisted developer tasks for accuracy, realism and reproducibility, with feedback to improve AI training and evaluation tasks.

You will review IDE integrations, tooling, telemetry analysis, and coding workflows across specialized domains, applying professional judgment to ensure practical applicability in real-world development

Qualifications

Demonstrable professional experience in modern developer tooling and AI-assisted development workflows.
Familiarity with AI coding assistants, telemetry or trace analysis, IDE integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of rigorous testing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and audit developer workflow tasks for technical accuracy, realism, solvability and reproducibility.
Identify inconsistencies, logic errors, inefficiencies, or issues affecting task quality.
Assess IDE integrations, developer tooling, telemetry and trace analysis in assigned areas.
Test complex scenarios to ensure tasks function as intended and are reproducible.
Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve AI training and evaluation tasks.
Apply professional judgment to ensure audited workflows reflect real-world environments.
