A venture-backed beverage company is seeking a hands-on Finance Leader to manage weekly financial reporting, budget analysis, and oversee an overseas accounting team. The role requires 6-12 years in finance leadership, strong Excel and QuickBooks skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with executives. Formación

• 6-12 years in FP&A/finance leadership roles, preferably in venture-backed CPG or beverage.
• Strong Excel skills and deep experience working directly from QuickBooks data.
• Proven experience with weekly reporting cadences and executive-level financial communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own weekly financial reporting using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Partner with department leads to analyze budget vs. actuals.
• Build and maintain a three-statement financial model.
• Manage and review work from overseas accounting teams.
• Maintain rolling forecasts and cash visibility.
